Motorola may be on to something with their newly launched pilot robotic vending machines. The name of their pilot program is called: "INSTANTMOTO". For those of you that are wondering what I am talking about, its basically like what we see everyday at malls, or at school. Motorola is currently testing vending machines in a few US airports that will sell their phone products as well as their bluetooth headsets and other products in a vending machine. So, if you are traveling in an airport and see a Motorola phone that you like, whether it be carrier-branded, or unbranded(does not have a cell phone carrier's software built-in), you might be able to find it at their vending machines. Its the same idea of you saying to yourself, I am thirsty, and decide to go to soda machine to buy a Pepsi or a Coca-Cola. Once you pay the machine will dispense the soda to you. Well this is the same idea Motorola has, but by selling cell phones and other Moto accessories, instead of soda.
