 New Symbian OS 9.3 released
« Thread Started on Jul 12, 2006, 9:47pm »

Symbian Limited announced a new version of their Symbian 9 Operating System for smartphones. Some notable additions of the new Symbian OS 9.3 are native support for WiFi(I know Sony Ericsson must not be happy since they had to do that themselves for the recent P990i...lol), USB 2.0 "on-the-go" support, as well as support for UMA.
Some other improvements include Improved device start up time and better memory management.
There is no need to worry sbout the development community forgetting to support your existing OS 9.x device since OS 9.3 is compatible with the same applications.
